Princeton Club welcomes your children to one of the best summer camps you will find anywhere! Campers ages 5 through 12 are invited to join us this summer (kids may be divided into age groups for age appropriate activities). Each week will be a new and exciting theme and many activities will center around the theme.

SUMMER CAMP OPEN HOUSE

Parents and families are enouraged to attend so they can meet our camp staff and aquire Subway Rewards cards, We will go over daily schedules and policies. This is a great time for us to answer any questions you have!

Field Trips
Field trips are taken on Thursdays. All kids attending camp on Thursday must attend field trips. There is an additional charge of $35.00 (See Registration Form). Field trips are subject to change with advance notice. For all field trips, children are provided with a Princeton Club Summer Camp T-shirt to make them easy to see. We have procedures for accounting for the children for the bus rides and throughout every trip. For water field trips and busier field trips the ratios are very small especially for the youngest children. |
Fees:
With our summer camp, you can choose individual days or full weeks for whatever fits your schedule! All members and non-members will be automatically billed on a monthly basis. You pay the first week and gap time at time of registration is processed as a non-refundable down payment. The rest (summer camp dates and field trips) is auto-billed to you at the 1st of each month prior to the usage (All weeks in June billed 6/1, all weeks in July billed 7/1, all weeks in August billed 8/1).
All registrations must include the specific days, dates, and weeks you want to register for.
All PAPERWORK MUST BE FILLED OUT AND COMPLETED BEFORE WE WILL PROCESS YOUR REGISTRATION. This includes all information on the registration form, immunization forms, etc. Do not leave any empty spaces. If it is not complete, we will not process until it is complete and may take you out of order for registration.
MEMEBER PRIORITY REGISTRATION THROUGH MARCH 20TH.
All Registration forms are processed in the order they are received. Returning Princeton Club Members will have priority registration through March 1st, First time members will be processed after returning members from March 2nd - March 20th. Cancellations
See the Full Policies in our Summer Camp Policies Book for cancellation. If you cancel before May 1st, all fees will be fully refunded (excluding deposit and field trips). Any cancellations after May 1st will be a 50% prorated refund only with a 2 week written notice. If your child does not show up on a day they are scheduled, we will attempt to contact you. There is no refund on summer camp fees paid for any child absences. However, you can discuss with the Program Director substituting another day as long as the absence is discussed at least two weeks in advance and there is availability for a substitute day. Credits or refunds are not given for missed days.
